GLOW Fitness Class

“GLOW Fit” is A Women’s Fitness Ministry.  We inspire women to feel confident in the image God created them. Our program is 8 weeks of learning to care for, love and honor the body God has blessed us with. We continue the worship of our Heavenly Father through the workout. Our goal is to have stronger temples (bodies) to serve our great God longer. Join us for a fun, faith-filled fitness class!
